Is this only for stump grinding businesses?
No. Stump grinding is our specialty, but small tree-removal and trimming crews can use their own services and prices with the same estimates, scheduling, messaging, and invoices. The stump estimator is there when you need it; you do not have to use it.
What should I try first?
Start with one customer and a draft estimate. Add your services or try the stump estimator, then review the estimate before sending it. You do not need to import your whole customer list to see how it works. If you get stuck, contact Kurt directly for help.
Can I create estimates on-site?
Yes. You can build the estimate on your phone while you are still with the customer and send it right away by text or email. If stump work is part of the job, the built-in stump estimator can help there too.
Is there a mobile app?
It runs in your browser and works on iPhone, Android, tablets, and desktops. There is no separate app store download required. You can add it to your phone’s home screen and open it like an app.
Can customers approve estimates by text?
Yes. You send them the estimate, they open the link, and they can approve it without creating an account. It makes the whole thing move a lot faster.
Does it include 2-way SMS?
